I haven’t been very active on any social media platform since deciding to chill in the South Pacific in recent years. When I joined, I wasn’t particularly enamored with social media in general, and my interest has lessened over time. I’m cleaning house a bit this week.

• Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/michael.j.zeck I try to scan FB most mornings since I still see posts from family, friends, and colleagues. Finding those posts amidst the ads and “suggested for me” garbage is getting mighty hard. I’ll hang for a while and continue to post when I have travel plans or upcoming appearances. I don’t use Threads or Messenger, so don’t look for me there. “The less Meta, the betta!”

• Twitter or X or New Truth Social or whatever: https://x.com/MikeZeck I’m joining the exodus. I’ll attempt to let followers there know they can find my tweets on BlueSky, but after a short time, I’ll delete the X account.

• BlueSky: https://bsky.app/profile/mikezeck.bsky.social Like Twitter before, I tend to use BlueSky as a news source. I’ll still follow friends there and post travel and appearance plans.

• Instagram: Many years ago, I joined. I Didn’t like it. I created a few posts and stopped opening it altogether. There was never a good reason to keep that account active, so it’s finally deleted.
